I've tried everything that was recommended to me to help Primo sleep.
Essential oils are dispersed in his room overnight. He takes epsom salt baths, has a special light and cuddle animal, uses a weighted blanket, takes supplements, there is a sunshine clock on a timer in his room. Our bedtime routine has stayed on schedule every night.
The results are that he is (for the most part) getting up only once a night to use the bathroom. He is also getting up at 6:30 or 7, instead of 5:30 AM!
